Reports Tab

Allows you to output data from multiple events to an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF. Choose the report format from the drop-down, check all of the events to include, and select the desired report to view by clicking on the appropriate button. The following reports are available:

  • Sign In Sheet - Create a sign in sheet to track attendance. E.g. You might use this to check in volunteers at the beginning of each shift.
  • One Slot Per Row - Every slot for the event listed with each slot appearing on its own row.
  • Activity Log - The complete activity log for the event.
