When the administrator signs someone up for a slot and it is automatically confirmed there is a special email that goes out to tell that person they are confirmed. There is an error in the default email. The word 'your' is used twice in a sentence and the first one needs to be removed. In the sentence that follows this one, "You are confirmed...... your all of your volunteering:" the first "your" is an 'oops'.
