ivolunteer.com is always working to make signing up volunteers easier and more affordable for our customers. In an effort to make sure our customers are getting the most out of their subscriptions when they sign up, we have changed our subscription choices to allow for further customization for your organization’s needs.
Our current customers don’t need to worry. All current subscriptions been grandfathered into the Legacy Subscription type. Each Legacy Subscription has been tailored to fit your organization’s last subscription from our old subscription types. The only difference is how the page looks when you go to renew your subscription.
ivolunteer.com has changed from counting filled volunteer slots in a subscription to number of volunteers in your database. Your volunteers in your database now have unlimited signups for your events. This allows for more flexibility when planning events, creating tasks, and managing your volunteer signups. No more worrying about whether or not you’re going to run out of slots before the end of your event. Now you will have plenty of space for everyone in your organization.
If you find yourself running out of space in your database, it’s a great time to do some organization “Spring Cleaning” and see if there are volunteers who haven’t signed up in a while. You can remove volunteers to create space in your database. You will be able to see the last time a volunteer signed up for an event, and sort your volunteers by their last activity. This will make that pesky database clean-up a little easier on you, because you won’t have to pick and choose who stays and who goes. Now you can quickly and easily see who hasn’t been signing up recently and take them out of your database.
