Subscription upgrade

I've been studying your subscription options. If we were to purchase your standard 12-month license, would we be able to upgrade mid-year to your "large" 12-month license (with 30,000 volunteers) if we noticed that we were approaching our 6,000-volunteer limit?

Can a subscription be upgraded?

New subscriptions simply add-on to the current subscription, and you can purchase an additional subscription at any time.

For example, assume you get 6 months into a 12-month, 6000 volunteer subscription and you're within 500 volunteers of the limit. Assume that at that time you need another 5000 volunteers, so you purchase another 12-month, 6000 volunteer subscription: Your current subscription would then end 18 months out and your total volunteer limit would become 6500. Alternatively assume that at that time you only need another 1500 volunteers, then it might make more sense to buy the cheaper 6-month, 2000 volunteer subscription: Your current subscription would then end 12 months out and your total volunteer limit would become 2500. This allows organizations that think they might get "near the limit" of a particular subscription the option to start with the less expensive subscription and wait and see what you need.

If you did decide in mid-subscription that you needed the large 30,000 volunteer limit account, just let us know we would provide a way for you to upgrade.

When you do exceed the volunteer or time limit, we do not shut down your account. Your volunteers are able to continue signing up for any events you have already created. We do limit access to some of the administrative functionality until a new subscription is purchased.

Volunteers are not "counted" until they sign-up, so sign-up sheets that you create can always have room for an unlimited number of slots.
