Creating Database Groups

Hi!  This is Michelle with’s Support Team and today I’m going to go over how to create Groups in your Database.

To create a Group in your Database, go to your Database page.  Then click on the Groups tab.  This is where you can add, remove, and manage the Groups for your Organization.  Click on the Add button here to add a Group, then fill in the name for your group.  I’m going to create a group that has all of my CPR certified members.

To add members from your Database, click on the Add Members button.  This gives you a list of every member in your Database.  You can filter these by other groups by clicking on this dropdown box here.

Because I recently had an event to certify some of my members in CPR, I can go to the Add Members from Event(s) button here instead.  This will bring up a list of all of my events, and also gives me the option of choosing from past events.  I will check my CPR Training Night event, then click Add.

Now all of my CPR certified members are added to the group.
